Directions

Bring 3-4 cups of water to boil. Add botanical packet. Stir. Grab a towel and drape it over your head to create a tent over the bowl. Keep a distance from the water so as to not burn yourself, but close enough to feel the steam on your face. Steam for 12 minutes. Rinse. Pat Dry.
